Inspired by the results he received through fitness coaches over the years, Wayman pursued the emerging Personal Coaching business as a Professional Life and Business Coach at the start of the new millennium. Pursuing his passion to “empower people to live life well” Wayman began coaching a diverse group of clients. Gradually his focus and interest sharpened to where he began to select energetic clients who were business or non-profit leaders desiring to live healthy integrated lives. This fit well with his own life experience as a successful businessman and entrepreneur who had integrated work, family, marriage and non profit interests over the previous 20 years.

Based on his experience Wayman established the Fulcrum Group in 2003. Through Fulcrum Group, Wayman focused his consulting and coaching efforts in the areas he is most passionate about:

Nicola Crosby Real Estate Asset Management Ltd.

In the latter part of 2005 Wayman joined the Nicola Crosby Group which had been active acquiring income producing commercial properties in Western Canada for Nicola Wealth Management’s clients. As a Principal and the Chief Operating Officer he is responsible for the creation of the SPIRE Real Estate Limited Partnership with the mandate to acquire approximately $75 Million of real estate annually.
